Can I buy YetiKraft products at a store?

Currently, we fulfill orders only via yetikraft.com or through our social media channels. You can message us directly on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to order as well.

What is the sales tax?

The sales tax depends on your region and interstate commencement agreement between the region. If there is any sales tax, you’ll see it during the checkout.

What are the postage & delivery times?

There is a flat $5 shipping fee within the North America and a flat $20 fee outside North America. We are working to reduce our shipping fees.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. We use USPS delivery service to ship our products, and the delivery time is around 5-14 days. 

What are your payment options?

We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Our card processing is done through Stripe. Please email us at support@yetikraft.com if your preferred payment option is not available. We will try to work something for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Do you accept cryptocurrency as payment?

Not yet. But we plan to add that option very soon.

Is there free delivery?

We offer free deliveries to US & Canada for orders more than $100. All orders have a flat fee of $5 and $20 outside North America.

Is there a free cookie?

No, but we are giving away a free muffler to everyone who orders more than two products in the month of March. More details here.
